Hazrat Pir Syed Abdul Qadir Jilani talks about the origin of the slogan "Nara Tehqeeq, Haq Chaar Yaar." The slogan began by Wahhabi Deobandis and until today it remains the main slogan of Khariji Yazeedi sects such as Sipha Sahaba Pakistan (SSP). Their website is called Haq Char Yaar and you can see this written on all their posters in Pakistan. Hazrat Pir Syed Abdul Qadir Jilani first objected to this slogan when the Wahhabi Kharijis were using it in opposition to Nara Haidari.
