Hazrat Pir Syed Abdul Qadir Jilani details an event relating to Hazrat Khuzaima bin Sabit Ansari (Allah be pleased with him) and in doing so proves that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) has total ikhtiyarat, i.e. legislative authority, even to the point of overruling a direct command from the Holy Qur'an.
